This is an automatic lunch stop for me whenever I am in the area. I rarely do anything other than omakase with Tomi-san at the sushi bar so this review is based on that. The fish is always fresh here. Sometimes on Thursday or Friday at lunch before the weekend rush you can see Tomi and his son processing fresh fish during lunch awesome to see them process large bluefin tuna and kinmedai. When at the bar Tomi will start you with something fresh from his garden usually a nice small refreshing dish - Japanese eggplant dishes have been memorable and I especially love when his persimmon tree bares fruit for dessert. I've probably been here at least a hundred times so he will usually just wait to see what my level of appetite is or if I want anything specifically that day. Otherwise it's almost like a Brazilian steakhouse and I just tap when I'm full. I definitely have not had a bad experience here.

The fish quality here is amazingggg. One of the best experiences all the way out in Diamond Bar. We came here and had the $60 Chef's choice and it was some serious Cloud 9. *5 stars for food*, overlooking the tad bit slower service. The two of us shared the platter and was quite full already. Maybe could've had an appetizer or dessert to seal the deal, but no need to overeat at all. It was extremeful delightful and satisfying.

The most freshest fish sushi place ever! For people that go to AyCE, I prefer quality versus quantity. Yummy!!! Very inexpensive.

We were taken there by a friend of us and we'll sure come back. We ordered 2 boats that night lol. Everyone was so full.

I have been coming here for years, so it's an overdue review. I usually don't get the on menu items but sushi bar. Tommy the chef is awesome!
